M-tac comes from a company founded in 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine: Militarist, a hunting, outdoor, airsoft and military gear/clothing retailer. In 2014 they decided to launch their own brand because of the muscovite invasion. Nowadays every major city has a Militarist, and its probably many a foreign volunteer/fighter in Ukraine’s first exposure to Ukrainian gear. and they do a good job of it, their stores offer a massive selection of products, their employees always ready to help you set up your kit. they work particularly closely with the third army corps. who tests their products and even has a whole “The third army corps recommends” selection on their website. their ecosystem of soft armour panels is hard to beat and their in-person stores are impossible to resist to anyone that’s interested in this type of stuff.
