Overview
The Malva Dangler Pouch takes advantage of often unused space on the front plate carrier bag, remaining both low-profile and within easy reach. With the added bonus of being able to hold a soft armour insert in a rearward sleeve, this dangler can give you both protection and extra storage space. Another important feature is the elastic Tourniquet sleeve on the bottom of the dangler which place critical medical gear within reach of either hand.

We use and highly recommend pouches that are multi-functional and provide added soft armour protection. Danglers are an awesome bit of kit that we both use as medics and evac drivers. The Malva Big Dangler is especially useful as a medic because you can stow everything from a stethoscope to a cric kit in there and have space left over for other equipment or med supplies. It’s very convenient to have that equipment easily in reach of either hand and to be able to have it neatly organized inside the pouch by the internal organizing features and pockets. The unobtrusive profile of the dangler is very helpful: it doesn’t stand off the body or introduce bulk to the cramped back of an evac vehicle. Having a bit of soft armor protection against shrapnel (most common mechanism of injury for us) over the abdomen and pelvic region is a huge bonus.
