The Malva Ammunition Roll Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) Pouch is a Dangler style pouch that stores all TCCC recommended medical supplies and offers rapid deployment in an emergency.
The Roll IFAK is intended to be worn in the velcro hook-and-loop opening of the rear-armor plate pocket of the plate carrier: positioned in normally unused real estate, staying out of the way, all while adding lumbar support when driving/riding in full-kit. The Roll IFAK offers ambidextrous access via two pull tabs connected to the inner roll pouch. Simply pull on either of these tabs to quickly and easily deploy the inner pouch from the outer sleeve. The open-ended design allows access to both sides of the casualty if care needs to be rendered.
The Roll IFAK can also be mounted to the front of a plate carrier, battle belt, or anywhere a large enough Velcro interface is used. Included is the outer pouch, and the insert pouch. Trauma kits /IFAK contents for the insert are sold separately.
Developed and sewn in Odesa, Ukraine by our friends at Malva Ammunition, these Roll-style IFAKs have become a staple for Ukrainian SSO and GUR operators.
